As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive PMO Assistant to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our Project Managers by owning administrative and coordination tasks, with a particular focus on non-revenue generating projects. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and support project kickoff processes and documentation for incoming projects
- Manage non-billable project types including offboardings, system onboardings (Secure 365, Hosted 365), and backup services (Keepit)
- Complete project setup audits, validate key fields, and ensure necessary documentation is attached
- Assist with change order tracking, billing questions, and customer satisfaction survey follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify blockers and facilitate early resolution
- Support compliance with PMO frameworks, helping ensure consistency across all projects
- Enable increased efficiency by shifting non-billable tasks away from Project Managers
- Provide general administrative support to the PMO team
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, or a Bachelor’s in a business-related field (e.g., Communications, Event Planning, Marketing, Organizational Leadership)
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Effective communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Eager to learn, collaborate, and improve team processes
