We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with a strong background in business applications, ERP systems, and Power Platform. As a key member of our development team, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and enhancement of critical software solutions that drive our organization’s efficiency and productivity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leverage your expertise in Dynamics GP, Dynamics BC, and Dynamics CRM to create tailored solutions that align with our customers’ business processes.
- Design and build Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Flow), and Power BI solutions to streamline workflows and enhance data insights.
- Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create custom features, workflows, and integrations within the ERP systems and Power Platform.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize code for efficient data processing and seamless user experiences.
- Seamlessly connect external tools and services with our ERP systems and Power Platform.
- Enhance and troubleshoot existing .NET applications, ensuring they remain aligned with evolving business requirements.
- Ensure data privacy and system security by following best practices.
- Work alongside functional consultants, database administrators, and solution architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in building web-based applications using .NET languages (such as C# or Visual Basic .NET).
- Familiarity with customizing and extending Dynamics GP, Dynamics BC, or Dynamics CRM.
- Proficiency in creating Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and database design.
- Agile mindset: Adaptability to iterative development cycles and changing business needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams and end-users.
