We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Subject Matter Expert to join our dynamic team. 
Job Description: 
Position Overview: The Power BI Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support in the development, implementation, and optimization of Power BI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Power BI, data visualization, and business intelligence best practices. 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
  • Provide expert advice on Power BI capabilities and best practices. 
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers, end-users, and team members. 
  • Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability. 
  • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and updates. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all Power BI solutions. 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Power BI SME or similar role. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. 
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Experience with SQL, data warehousing, and other BI tools is a plus. 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Master's degree in a related field. 
  • Power BI certification. 
  • Experience in [specific industry or domain].
