We’re hiring a hands-on Senior Network Consultant to join our growing MSP team, supporting clients in co-managed environments. You’ll be the go-to expert for Meraki networks, VPN tunnels, and secure, scalable infrastructure—working closely with internal and client IT teams.
What You’ll Do

  • Design, deploy, and support Meraki firewalls and wireless networks
  • Configure and troubleshoot VPN tunnels (site-to-site, client-based)
  • Lead network projects, migrations, and escalations
  • Support LAN/WAN segmentation, VLANs, and Layer 2/3 networking
  • Collaborate with client IT teams in co-managed settings
  • Document changes, projects, and system health in PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise)
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years in network engineering, including 3+ in MSPs
  • Deep Meraki experience (dashboard, security appliances, wireless)
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, NAT, BGP, OSPF
  • Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or SonicWall firewalls
  • Great customer communication and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE4, Meraki ECMS
