We’re looking for a Senior Azure Infrastructure Consultant to lead hybrid cloud projects for clients in co-managed IT environments. You'll design, deploy, and support Azure-based infrastructure while serving as an escalation point and technical mentor.
What You’ll Do

Architect and maintain Azure IaaS workloads (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Backup)
Manage hybrid identity (Azure AD / Entra ID, AAD Connect, Conditional Access)
Lead migrations from on-prem to cloud (Hyper-V/VMware to Azure)
Automate using PowerShell, Terraform, or ARM templates
Collaborate with internal and client teams in shared responsibility models
Ensure documentation, compliance, and service delivery standards

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of IT infrastructure experience; 3+ years in an MSP/co-managed role
Strong hands-on Azure IaaS knowledge and hybrid cloud understanding
PowerShell scripting required; Terraform or similar preferred
Windows Server, AD, VMware or Hyper-V familiarity
Clear communication and comfort working across teams and clients
Preferred: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-800/801, or similar Microsoft certifications
