We are excited to announce we are expanding and looking to grow our IT Consulting team with a new IT Project Manager!

Position Summary

The Project Manager will manage, coordinate, and establish priorities for the complete life cycle of Centre projects including the planning, testing, and implementation of solutions designed to meet the project requirements. Determining the project needs and acquiring resources required for the success of the project is necessary to ensure successful project delivery within the scope of work and proposed budget.  This individual will make recommendations on strategies, identifying areas of opportunity, provide direction and guidance while anticipating project requirements for successful project completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plans, controls, and executes project requirements following Centre processes
  • Works with Resource Managers to staff projects.
  • Defines and communicates roles for project team members (functional-technical).
  • Works with customers and technical resources to develop project plans, detailing work breakdown structures.
  • Ensures that requirements are contained within the defined scope.
  • Manages customer and external supplier deliverables.
  • Develops communication strategies and leads communications with key stakeholders.
  • Document and drive issues through resolution, escalating to the customer and IT management as necessary.
  • Makes recommendations to improve project management processes

Education/Experience/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
  • 3+ years experience managing IT projects

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
  • Occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds) may be required

  • The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
